Our next destination was a surprise for Mr Duffy - The Railroad Park in Dunsmuir. 🧸🧸🧸🧸
Mr Duffy, as you might now, is a ferroequinologist. In some cases, train enthusiasts are called "foamers" because they foam at the mouth in anticipation of, or in the presence of, a train.
So imagine his excitement when I told him that for the next two nights, we would be sleeping in a train!
Our caboose had all of the amenities, plus special touches.
We had a king bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, big screen television, wifi, good bathroom...
Some *interesting* decor...
Plus the highlight... a cupola! Yes, we go to climb up and look out the windows. I'm surprised we could pull Mr Duffy away long enough to do anything.
Such a unique place to stay.
Fluffy pillows, great amenities, fun grounds to explore... I will be back again!|
