Cheese Fondue

 April 11th is National Cheese Fondue Day. I made a fresh batch at home using two types of cheeses and beer.

I made a big feast of things to dip in the cheese.

To balance things, I did blanch some asparagus and broccoli.

And of course we had sourdough chunks, beef, small potatoes, and shrimp. I do enjoy these foodie holidays.
