Oysters!

After I arrived in San Diego, and settled in to my room and organized my bags, I thought about what I wanted for dinner. Since I have been on this oyster kick, a listing for oysters grabbed my attention.

I found the Ironside which is an oyster bar. It is in the downtown area. The seats are packed in, and there is squished seating in the bar area. There is bear-ly any room to bring a lovie companion. But we made it work.

My party ordered a sampler plate.

I had a glass of prosecco and the bubbles made me feel fuzzy.

My main dish was a seafood roll, the bread was delicious and it came with fries. The restaurant is expensive, and it has a small menu. It is good, but if you are with picky eaters, you may want to try a different place.
