Cabot Creamery

 A very short drive down the road from Ben & Jerry's is Cabot Creamery.

They are a dairy, specializing in Vermont cheese.

They sell everything you need for a charcuterie. Wines, jams, crackers, meats, chocolates, pickles, nuts... anything for a fabulous wine and cheese board.

They also have cheese sampling throughout the store. Is this a good idea after all of that ice cream?

Yes, yes it was.

I picked out a few cheeses.

I picked up a few things to make a respectable cheese board for relaxing in the hotel.

 

I made a good spread and enjoyed it as I watched the sunset.

They make delicious cheese. This was a cheese wine spread and it was amazing. I just wish I could have figured out how to bring some to California!
