I arrived in Poughkeepsie and checked into the Holiday Inn. It was a spacious room with a lot of amenities.
A big television
Comfy chair and coffee table
A coffee maker with pods
A big bed!
And a microwave and refrigerator
My room had a beautiful view of a river behind it.
It's a shame I didn't get more time here. The room was spacious and comfy, there were many things to do in the area, plus this amazing view of nature was so calming.
Imagine having a picnic next to the water.
I had food delivered and stayed in for the night. There was another long drive ahead.
