Sushi Dinner

 I walked down to Roll Factory after having a bit of a rest.

They use purple rice, which is actually black rice cooked with white.

I ordered a roll and a specialty. The ones I bought were delicious.

I got full enough at dinner, then walked back to my hotel. It was time for a long soak in the hot tub to unwind after the long drive.
