Today is a great day for those who love peanut butter. I like to make peanut butter cookie cups.
Use your favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. Bake in mini muffin tin. Then immediately after you take the tray out of the oven, press a Reese's peanut butter cup into each cookie then let cool.
I got into the peanut butter.
I have three different Reese's cups: milk, dark, and white chocolate.
They have gold wrappers, but may as well be real gold based on how tasty and popular they are.
I might spread some creamy peanut butter on a toasted bagel. Delicious!
