Lunch today was very easy to make. Frozen corn dogs and tater tots dumped on a tray and cooked in the oven. It doesn't get
lazier easier than that!
One of those polarizing food topics like pineapple on pizza, or the existence of cilantro, is ketchup versus mustard on hot dogs and corn dogs. I actually like both. It depends on the day, and what is available. And sometimes I use both.
I know this is not as healthful as I like to eat, there is an obvious lack of greens and no fresh salmon just pawed from a river. And it is also the opposite of gourmet. But it is still tasty. So please don't revoke my Foodie License. I'm just celebrating National Corn Dog Day.
