North Coast Escape

I decided on a very last minute trip to visit Mendocino County. I wanted to celebrate the end of a challenging summer, dealing with a family tragedy and the heartache my human suffered. I stopped at Starbucks for a drink and a snack and hoped this trip wouldn’t be terrible. 

 

“Everyone In!”

Whenever I get near a pool, or a fountain, or any body of water for that matter, I want to jump in. I love swimming. I was walking by my pool and I couldn’t help myself. I jumped in without taking off my jeans and sandals. Everyone had a good laugh.

Happy Birthday Mr Duffy!

 

Today we celebrated Mr Duffy’s 8th birthday! And it was lucky because it is 08/08! 

I found this cake at the bakery and knew it was perfect. It was the exact size we needed, and it had Duffy’s favorite mouse on there. 

We had a good dinner and a fun time.
