 You're the best, around! Okay, but to whom does this song apply? One could argue that Daniel-San is the hero. Mr Duffy sure is a fan of Miyagi-Do. But I believe the real hero of the franchise is Johnny Lawrence.

I am, of course, talking about the latest season of Cobra Kai. I enjoy the story; Mr Duffy just wants to karate chop everything after we watch it.

I must admit that Mr Miyagi really was the wisest.

But you know how I love my villains. But... was Johnny born, or was he made evil?

Good guys can come from adversity, to be sure. But villains have a backstory, too.
