"B"acon "A"nd "E"ggs!!! Did I have you fooled?
I went for brunch at
Uncle John's Pancake House, which has a couple of locations in Silicon Valley.
They are open for breakfast/brunch hours, and have big plates of good foods. Their specials change each month, so be sure to pop in regularly.
I do enjoy eating on the patio here. San Jose has great weather year-round, so most days are perfect for eating al fresco.
