June 4th is National Bubbly Day
It is a fantastic day. A day to celebrate. So what is the official drink of celebrating? Bubbly, of course!
My favorite is a brut, as it is less sweet than a dry. Prosecco is a nice treat, but a classic California Champagne is my favorite.
