A Needed Drive

 After spending quite a bit of time in my cave, I needed a drive and a walk. 

Getting outside with nature, even a local park, is necessary and beneficial. 

Our day started with a visit to Starbucks. I ordered a plain bagel. 

And I also had an iced latte. I always want to sip on a coffee while I’m riding in a car. 

After our drive and walk, Mr Duffy and I shared a vegetable sandwich. Good stuff!
