We had a wonderful visitor from out of town who wanted to visit San Francisco.
We visited Pier 39, which is usually a fun place to visit, but today it was pouring rain. We still had a nice time.
The sea lions were all lounging on the docks. I don't know how they can just lie there with the rain falling on them. But they live in the water, so it probably doesn't matter to them.
There is a Build-A-Bear Workshop at the Pier. I stopped in for a couple of new outfits.
There is also a year-round Christmas shop. They have so many great ornaments, and most can be personalized.
Lunch was at Bubba Gump's. My buddy ordered salmon.
I ordered the Impossible Burger with fries.
After walking around Pier 39, we went for a small drive around the city. Since it was raining, we unfortunately couldn't get a good view of the Golden Gate Bridge. We hope to take our visitor back in the near future.
