While in Fremont I had a fortuitious circumstance. While purusing a shopping area I happened upon W Burdett Williams Historical Park. I don't know who that was but I will be looking it up.

This is a cute little house inside the park.

There are pretty flower beds in the park. It's not a big park, it is in a square nestled between two chain restaurants and in a big shopping center with a Target and Borders. It's a good spot for a break, maybe to sip a drink while reading a book or to have a chat before or after a meal.
