Monterey Bay

Monterey is a place where you can spend a whole day exploring and still have more to see and do. In addition to the world famous aquarium and beautiful beaches, there are also museums, the Cannery, and Fisherman's Wharf. The museum at the Monterey State Historic Park has some great information about bears that used to roam the area. There are a couple of pirate themed gift shops at the Cannery and on the wharf.
